WARRANTY

Princeton Designs products are handcrafted and manufactured in the US. We take pride in each product we produce and do our very best to ensure that you are getting the highest quality product and service possible. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Exterior enclosure: This warranty is valid from the Date of Purchase for a period of 10 years.
• Internal electronics: This warranty is valid from the Date of Purchase for a period of 10 years.
• The warranty is nontransferable and must be redeemed by the person who purchased the product.
• Is only valid for authorized Princeton Designs products, counterfeit products are illegal and will not be returned.
• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are able to get a full refund within 30 days of the Date of Purchase.

Warranty will not be in effect if any of the following apply:

• Damage caused by water, fire, or electrical surges.

• Damaged or altered serial numbers.

• If the product has been serviced by anyone other than Princeton Designs.

• If the product was intentionally or unintentionally damaged or altered.

• Damage attributable to misuse or careless handling including but not limited to: Plugging the product into an oulet of incompatible voltage, dropping the speaker, scratches due to improper storage or display, and/or any modifications or tampering with the electrical systems.

• Damage due to shipping (claims to be submitted to carrier).

Princeton Designs will, at its sole option, provide one of the following three remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:

1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. Princeton Designs will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete.

2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Princeton Designs to perform substantially the same function as the original product.

3. Issue a refund of the original purchase price less depreciation to be determined based on the age of the product at the time remedy is sought under this limited warranty.

How to redeem your warranty:

• You must call Princeton Designs' Customer Service and make sure you have a valid returnable product within the terms and conditions.

• You must fill out our return or repair paperwork and send it in with your product or submit it online. The paperwork can be filled out and submitted on our website or printed off and sent in with your product.

• You must ship your product within 10 business days of talking with Princeton Designs' Customer service
